5. Wearable Devices & Data

If you choose to connect a wearable (e.g., Garmin), you permit PACT to receive activity and health data required to calculate your score and provide features.

You may disconnect at any time.

All handling of wearable data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

PACT may offer:

  • free tiers

  • paid subscriptions

  • free trials

Prices are displayed within the app.
Where applicable, charges are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
All billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by your device’s app store.

7. Disclaimer

PACT is not a medical product.
We do not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.
Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness or health programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

PACT is provided “as is.”
To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • loss of data

  • loss of profits

  • issues caused by wearable integrations or third-party systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
